REFUND, WARRANTY & CORE RETURN POLICY WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS; this is an industry-wide standard, All units that are purchased or rebuilt by us have a life-time warranty against defects in workmanship, which does not transfer with the vehicle if sold to another party. Warranty covers part replacement only. Any shipping charges or labor charges incurred by the purchaser will not be included under this warranty. The defective part must be returned with date of purchase or original purchase order or other reference number assigned to the part, as well as a detailed description of the problem that customer is having. We will return the part upon completion to the customer at no charge via cheapest shipping rate (usually UPS Ground). Keep in mind that the warranty does not cover water damage, burn damage, physical damage to unit, damage caused by installing or removing aftermarket tuners or proms, or programming issues caused by installer.
Effective 2/19/25, test fee has increased to $105.00 for all modules that have been tested and no issues found with them. The fee for modules that are deemed beyond repair has increased to $75.00.
