REFUND, WARRANTY & CORE RETURN POLICY
WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS; this is an industry-wide standard, All units that are purchased or rebuilt by us have a one year warranty against defects in workmanship, which does not transfer with the vehicle if sold to another party. Warranty covers part replacement only. Any shipping charges or labor charges incurred by the purchaser will not be included under this warranty. The defective part must be returned with date of purchase or original purchase order or other reference number assigned to the part, as well as a detailed description of the problem that customer is having. We will return the part upon completion to the customer at no charge via cheapest shipping rate (usually UPS Ground). If you purchased a unit from us, remember to send in your core. Cores being returned for credit must have the same “OEM” part number as the re-manufactured part purchased. A core that is cracked, broken, water damaged, corroded, burned or having any missing component is not acceptable for credit; the core must be in rebuild-able condition. Be sure to identify the unit as a “core return”, as well as provide your invoice or purchase order number, or the name the unit was purchased under so that we can correctly identify who is to receive credit. No core credit will be issued after the initial 60 days of purchase.
